The first free-to-watch film premiering on November 29th in UPSTREAM PH, is Yim Soon-rye’s 2018 drama film ‘Little Forest,’ starring The Handmaiden’s Kim Tae-ri, Reply 1988’s Ryu Jun-yeol, and Come and Hug Me’s Jin Ki-joo. Little Forest revolves around a young woman who returned to her countryside hometown after she grew tired of the city life.

On December 6th, Glenn Barit’s 2019 comedy anthology film ‘Cleaners’ will be available to watch for free on the streaming platform. Cleaners is a nostalgic trip depicting a set of high school students struggling with societal pressures of being clean and pure. The film won Best Film and Best Director at 2020’s Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino and 2020’s FAMAS Awards. Lastly, Erik Matti’s 2004 action comedy film ‘Gagamboy’ will be available on UPSTREAM PH for free on December 13th. The film stars Vhong Navarro as Junie, who transformed from being a typical ice cream vendor into a superhero by eating radioactive bugs. This family-friendly Spider-Man parody will surely make you, your friends, and your family laugh with its antics and iconic lines.
